This is a self guided membership. Meaning that you can choose what to do at any point in time. Choose from any program based on the style or goals you have, pick a course to go through on a topic that interests you, use the recovery or mobility protocols after a rec sport or hobby etc.

Here is where you will find the monthly program and it’s additional variations! This is also the place where you can read on the monthly challenge that you, myself, and the rest of the members will work to implement each week. The goal is to get more from our exercise routines while fine tuning the habits and things we enjoy outside of the weight room that allow us to live our best life’s no matter what that may individually look like! 

Programs

Here is where all past monthly programs are placed along with EVERY program we have EVER created! Whether you want to increase muscle mass, get stronger, improve your athleticism and everything in between there is a program in here for you. Programs are routinely updated and added so make sure to check back consistently!  

Recovery & Mobility

Here is the section that has all of our Recovery, Mobility, and Performance care programs and routines. These can be done at anytime and with any program you are doing. If you have an achy joint, want to improve your mobility, or just want something to do on a off day (or a day where you’re not feeling a full on workout) this is the section for you!

Guides & Ebooks

This is where all the readable education lives. PDF’s, Charts, Presentation slides and more are located here for you to resource and use to aid in your health and fitness journey.

The membership is free! 

This membership is essentially a collection of best practices I have learned over the last almost two decades now and what has worked most successfully for clients and myself. 

Whether you use this free membership alone, pair it with other programs, decide to write your own workouts, do group classes, or find another coach I know you will have a great resource to always come back to so you can be as proactive as possible in your fitness and wellness.

My goal with this membership is to help you become the most empowered, confident, and educated version of yourself you can be when it comes to personal fitness and using it as a catapult for other areas in your life.

Along with your membership you will receive 1-4 monthly emails  about any updates/things added to the membership so you don’t miss out, and some tips to get the most from your efforts. 

Most of the programs are written using equipment you would find in a traditional gym or garage gym. 

There are some low/no equipment programs as well so you will be able to work toward your goals any time, any place!
