Change is the Price of Progress

I almost quit coaching entirely this year.

It’s very easy to get caught up in what everyone else is doing. The health and wellness industry as a whole is the best example of this.

This certification, this style of training, this diet, or worse yet “more” is not the answer.

When we only do what others are doing we lose that self awareness that guides us to what we really need.

I’ve felt that lack of integrity the last few years as a coach.

This person needs more mobility less weights, this person needs the opposite. This person just needs to be heard.

But the next class is coming in and they’re expecting a certain workout, or the team has a game coming up and there’s no time.

In my gut I knew this wasn’t the best way to help clients which is why I’ve been working to create a way to truly help people in the ways they actually need it.

It’s almost ready and I couldn’t be more excited!
